We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth within the Energy and Industrial Markets division at Mannai Corporation. This role demands a strategic approach to developing new business opportunities and expanding our company’s reach and reputation through effective relationships and market strategies.

Location : Qatar

Minimum Qualifications :

Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Foster relationships with diverse clients and consultants to secure product approvals and vendor listings.
Continuously assess the market to develop and adjust the product portfolio to meet evolving needs and trends.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through meticulous industry research and strategic networking.
Analyze potential business deals, focusing on strategic alignment, requirements, and financial implications.
Negotiate and close new business deals by coordinating with business segment heads, sales teams, and E&IM Management.
Lead and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and market engagement.

Skills Desired :

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

At least 6-10 years of professional experience, ideally within the construction market industry or a related sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage key relationships.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.

In-depth knowledge of the GCC and local markets, with a track record of effective market penetration and brand development.
