الوصف الوظيفيWork experience as an Accountant is a must. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. Advanced capability in using Excel and accounting packages. Good English communication skills. Willing to cross train with others in the department.
Overview
Local Company looking for an Accountant with valid QID & NOC
Responsibilities
- Issuing & posting invoices using QuickBooks.
- Posting account transactions (Receivables, Payables & others) using QuickBooks.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
- Preparing monthly salaries through WPS.
- Prepares and processes electronic payments / cheque requisitions for monthly remittance deadlines.
- Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
- Inventory works
- Perform tasks that may assigned from time to time including logistic duties.
