Housekeeping Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure all areas of the property are kept clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special projects or events that may require additional cleaning services Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing health and safety regulations Requirements
