About the Role Serendib Training is seeking a Qatar based, dynamic and passionate

English Language Trainer

(Native Arabic Speaker) to deliver a

two-month Spoken English program

for employees of a local company in Qatar. The participants are native Arabic speakers with limited English proficiency.

The course aims to build participants’

confidence, fluency, pronunciation, listening, and conversational ability

through engaging, interactive sessions and real-life workplace communication practice.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, learner-centered spoken English sessions tailored for adult Arabic-speaking learners.

Conduct

pre- and post-assessments

to evaluate progress and outcomes.

Use interactive methods, real-life examples, and conversational exercises to build fluency and confidence.

Maintain attendance, progress, and feedback reports.

Requirements

Must be based in Qatar

Native Arabic speaker

with

excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Very clear and neutral English pronunciation

— must not lean towards a strong regional or ethnic accent.

Demonstrated experience teaching

spoken English / ESL / conversational English

to adult learners.

Strong classroom facilitation and learner engagement skills.

Availability

twice a week (2 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 PM)

for the full course duration.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.

TESOL / CELTA / TEFL certification preferred.

Prior experience delivering English training for

corporate employees

or professionals in the GCC region.
