Baby Swim / LTS Teacher

Overview Are you an awesome swim instructor with a passion for teaching both babies and learners of all ages? We are currently seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as a Baby Swim and Learn-to-Swim (LTS) Teacher . In this dual role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by introducing infants and toddlers to the joy of swimming while also guiding learners of various ages and abilities through their swimming journey.

As a Baby Swim and LTS Teacher, you will create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, utilizing innovative teaching techniques to ensure a fun and effective learning environment. Your ability to prioritize safety and provide exceptional instruction will empower both babies and learners to become confident and capable swimmers.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of swimming teaching experience

SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming (Baby and Pre-School)

Exceptional communication skills including face-to-face, over the phone and email correspondence.

Experience in a curriculum setting.

A valid driving license – subject to UAE license conversion requirements

An up-to-date lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential.

Experience with teaching adults and child programmes is desirable but not essential.

Experience within a club setting is desirable but not essential.
