Position : SAP Consultant – FI / CO (S / 4 HANA FICO TR, AP Consultant)
Duration : 12 months – Extendable

Job Purpose
The SAP S / 4HANA FICO Consultant will play a key role in the implementation and support of Treasury and Financial Accounting (FI / CO) modules within S / 4HANA. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in Treasury Management , Accounts Payable , and integration with external banking systems , ensuring smooth end‑to‑end financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP S / 4HANA Treasury , Accounts Payable , and FICO modules.
Lead Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) processes, including Transaction Manager , Cash & Liquidity Management , Bank Communication Management (BCM) , and Bank Account Management .
Implement and support Money Market , Fixed Term Deposits , and Foreign Exchange solutions.
Manage Central Finance (CFIN) , Central Payments , SAP Multi‑Bank Connectivity (MBC) , and integration with banks.
Configure Master Data and Business Partners for Treasury, Customer, and Vendor accounts.
Implement and support Treasury Fiori applications , role assignments, and catalog configurations.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT , ensuring functional and technical quality.
Prepare functional specifications , business blueprints , and testing documentation .
Collaborate with cross‑functional IT and business teams to develop optimal financial solutions.
Lead data migration from legacy systems or SAP ECC to S / 4HANA , including data strategy and tool usage (LTMC, BADI, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, integration, and authorizations.
Support and enhance Workflows , Flexible Workflows , and FIORI dashboards .
Required Skills & Expertise
Minimum 8–10 years hands‑on configuration experience in SAP FICO, Treasury, and Accounts Payable .
Strong knowledge in TRM , Cash Management , Liquidity Planning , Central Payments , Bank Integration , and CFIN .
Experience in data migration , reporting , debugging , and enhancement frameworks (User Exits, BADIs, OSS Notes).
Strong understanding of integration points with Logistics , HR / Payroll , Cost Center Accounting , Profit Center Accounting , Internal Orders , and Asset Accounting .
Excellent documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
At least 1 full‑cycle S / 4HANA implementation project .
Additional Skillsets (Preferred)
Experience with Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and Oil & Gas industry processes.
Knowledge of Traditional and Flexible Workflows .
Experience with SWIFT Payment Medium Formats .
Familiarity with Fiori Launchpad dashboard setup (Tiles) .
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Finance , Information Systems , or equivalent.
SAP FICO Certification and / or S / 4HANA training preferred.
