We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst & Integration Expert to analyze, map, and optimize business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions. The role involves designing workflows, automating processes, integrating SAP with Microsoft and third-party applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes into ERP and Microsoft solutions
- Design workflows and automate processes using Power Automate
- Integrate SAP with Microsoft suite and third-party applications using APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize solutions
- Support testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of integrated solutions
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system efficiency
