Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Telecommunication Project Management to a cutting‑edge field. You'll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
This purpose of this role is to support the overall operations for the Telecommunication, SCADA and Automatic Fare Collection systems of the Cairo Monorails Project.
You'll specifically take care of delivering the Turnkey project, ensuring it aligns with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Your responsibilities
- Deploy planning strategies to drive and track overall progress of the system in line with the defined system KPIs.
- Lead the deployment of Zero Hours Lost initiative for system activities & cross‑functional engagement.
- Ensure the proper execution of Alstom’s change & configuration management processes for the system.
- Deputize the Project Manager in managing external and internal stakeholders, with specific focus on managing turnkey subcontractors.
- Engage in robust Risk and Opportunity management to identify, manage, and mitigate risks and to secure opportunities for the system.
- Produce periodic progress reports and trackers in accordance with Alstom procedures.
- Engage in DFQ / Gate reviews for the system in accordance with Alstom Quality procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline, Project Management related certificationsTelecommunications Engineering Degree is highly desirableAt least 7 years of experience in large construction projects (industrial, infrastructure, railway, oil & gas); previous railway project experience is highly desirableContractual & commercial awareness including claim management, planning and procurementTeam management – capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi‑site / multi‑functional teamsAbility to manage relationship with external stakeholders (Customer and Subcontractors)Things you'll enjoy
