Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Waiter at Cicchetti Italiano, located in Doha, Qatar. The Club Waiter will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service, assisting guests with menu selections, serving food and beverages with precision, and maintaining a clean and professional dining environment. They will liaise closely with kitchen staff and perform tasks such as setting up service areas, managing requests efficiently, and creating an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and effective Communication to create an outstanding guest experience.
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure efficient service and menu familiarity.
• Cooking skills or an understanding of culinary processes are preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, ability to work as part of a team, and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills will be a plus.
