Compliance & Continuous Improvement Lead – (Operations)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Compliance & Continuous Improvement Lead (Operations) to join them at their HQ in Qatar on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant working experience
• 3+ years of working experience in a similar role. (including lean methodologies)
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Working experience in Technical Integrity such as Inspection, Integrity, Maintenance and Reliability engineering background, or
• Working experience in Production Integrity such as operation readiness, alarm management, PTW, plant operation, process control.
• Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering.
• Black belts lean six sigma or equivalent preferable.
• Certified auditor preferable
