Network Engineer (225-1015)

Job Description

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a reliable and efficient computer network infrastructure that serves the needs of the organization. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all network systems are running smoothly, securely, and without interruption. You will work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, support network-related software applications, and plan for future growth to accommodate the business's changing needs. You will also play a key role in educating team members on network best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in networking technology. This position requires a balance of expertise in network hardware and software, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to support organizational needs.
• Monitor network performance to ensure high quality and availability of services.
• Perform regular network system maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.
• Coordinate with IT staff to develop and improve intranet and internet connectivity.

• Develop and enforce network management policies and standards.
