Asset Planner Highways Maintenance Planning Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Asset Planner (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha. This role you will be responsible for implementing effective asset management strategies for road infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our transportation network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive asset management plans for road infrastructure, specifically linear assets including road markings, lining, vehicle restraint systems and directional signage.
• Analyze asset condition data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement in road infrastructure maintenance.
• Create and update asset registers including condition assessments and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and capital projects.
• Prepare budget forecasts and long‑term financial plans for asset maintenance and replacement.
• Utilize GIS and asset management systems to track and visualize asset information.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize asset lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to road asset management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and procedures.
