We are looking to hire a professional chef who will plan and create menus, supervise the culinary team, and prepare exceptional dishes.

Plan and create menus.
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, peeling, cutting meat, etc.).
Supervise other culinary staff and oversee kitchen operations.
Cook food using various utensils.
Monitor food during cooking to stir or turn as needed.
Ensure dishes are well-presented before serving.
Maintain a sanitized and organized kitchen environment.
Store food and ingredients properly.
Check the quality of ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and place orders when shortages occur.
Requirements :
Proficiency in cooking African or intercontinental dishes (knowledge of both is an advantage).
Experience with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
Knowledge of various cooking methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
Ability to follow sanitation procedures.
Ability to work well in a team.
Good physical condition and stamina.
