Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. This is a unique opportunity to start your career in an international company, support key HR processes, and grow into a full HRBP role. You will support employee onboarding and adaptation, coordinate learning programs, assist in performance review cycles, and contribute to HR operations for business trips to Doha. You will also have the chance to work directly with managers and employees, helping them grow and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support HR processes in HiBob (onboarding, adaptation, probation cycles, lifecycle surveys)
- Collect and analyze employee feedback (NPS, training surveys, probation feedback)
- Assist in organizing corporate learning programs (QIC Academy and external providers)
- Collaborate with teams on adaptation, performance reviews, and employee development
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.At least 1 year of HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, Recruiter, or similar role) / or recent graduates with HR specializationStrong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of informationProficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets and presentation toolsAlready based in Qatar or Dubai#J-18808-Ljbffr
