AboutYou

Experiencedin supervising childcare services or youth programs with a focus onboth safety andenrichment.

Askilled leader with strong organizational and crossculturalcommunicationskills.

Knowledgeablein child safety protocols and compliance with childcare regulations(or willing tolearn).

KeyResponsibilities

Supervisethe daily operations of childcare services including schedulingstaff management and programdelivery.

Maintaincompliance with health and safety protocols including first aidemergency preparedness and child abuseprevention.

Engagewith families to ensure the childcare program meets the needs ofchildren from a diverse refugeepopulation.

KeyQualifications

Required :

3years of experience in childcare supervision early childhoodeducation or youthservices.

RedCross Child Care Certificate or equivalent (or ability to obtainwithin 90days).

CPRand First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90days).

StrongEnglish communicationskills.

Preferred :

Fluencyin Dari and / orPashto.

Knowledgeof emergency preparedness bloodborne pathogen protocols and childabuse preventiontraining.

Experiencein international or humanitarian childcaresettings.
