The company focuses on Road Works and Infrastructure projects in the State of Qatar. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator, located in Doha, Qatar. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with project teams. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, identifying cost factors, and assessing risks. The Estimator will also be involved in preparing bid proposals, monitoring project progress, and ensuring estimates align with project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cost estimates and bid proposals
• Knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools (CANDY)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Prior experience in road works and infrastructure projects is a plus
