The F&B Stock Keeper is responsible for requesting, receiving, and storing all items.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Place routine orders for goods and supplies exclusively from authorized suppliers, while also ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
Supervise and verify the reception of ordered goods to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded in accordance with agreed procedures.
Perform basic inventory control tasks, checking quantities, quality, and availability on shelves and in storage areas to identify items needed for restocking and taking appropriate action.
Ensure all work areas in the restaurant, fridges, and chillers are kept clean and organized according to hygiene standards and FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing faxes, following up on LPOs (Local Purchase Orders), filing receipts, and organizing suppliers' files.
Coordinate with restaurant managers and kitchen chefs regarding new items, changes in quality, prices, or expiry dates.
Language Proficiency
Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
EDUCATION
High school degree.
EXPERIENCE
One to two years of experience in a similar role.
