Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to the hospital’s patients, visitors, and staff per the HMC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work in the kitchen, on the line, and in the ward, serving patients; be familiar with the daily food menu to answer patients and attendants’ questions.
• Maintain cleanliness in the designated pantry and work area; coordinate regularly with housekeeping staff for cleaning and maintenance.
• Deliver function and event catering as required by HMC standards.
• Assist in maintaining and stocking all records according to HMC SOPs; ensure all supplies and equipment are in place and accessible; ensure work areas support efficient service and meet Hamad Medical Corporation standards.
• Report defects as soon as possible and perform other duties as assigned.
