Roles and responsibilities
Reporting to theDepartment Head, the successful candidate will be responsible forthe development, delivery and evaluation of a broad range ofcourses within Digital Marketing. S / he will evaluate studentprogress and manage the resources of the learning environment. Thesuccessful candidate will liaise with industry and othereducational institutions; participate in industry advisorycommittees and coordinate, manage and control projects within thespecified program area. Faculty members will keep course portfoliodocuments required for accreditation processes and engage ininstructional development / improvement plans. All employees areexpected to contribute to professional and community life withinthe College and beyond.

Ability to design, develop,deliver, and evaluate authentic learning experiences andassessments. These should incorporate contemporary tools andresources to maximize content learning in context, and to developthe knowledge, skills, competences and attitudes identified inprogram outcomes.
Digital literacy and demonstratedfluency in technology systems, and an ability to model andfacilitate use of current and emerging digital tools to supportresearch and learning.
Demonstrated ability to developtechnology-enriched learning environments that enable students tobe active participants in their own learning.
