الوصف الوظيفيSchooling Allowances : 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18) Housing : Accommodation Provided Annual Leave : 50 days per year Flight Tickets : Business Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 518 (annual, joining & repatriation) Baggage Allowance : Provided for joining & repatriation Conference Entitlement : Yearly, after 18 months of service – up to 9 days (including travel) with round-trip ticket Family benefits are applicable only if dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship. All compensation and benefits are extended at the sole discretion of the employer. Currency conversions are approximate and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar. Delivering direct patient care and clinical supervision Leading and mentoring consultants and junior doctors Contributing to departmental planning, training, and service development Supporting research, education, and public health initiatives Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and licensure requirements Participating in committees, on-call scheduling, and policy implementation Representing the department internally and externally

The Total Salary is Structured as follows :
- Basic Salary
- Market Allowance : % of Basic
- Professional Allowance : % of Basic
- Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR
- GSM Allowance : 500 QAR per month

Essential Experience :
Should have held a Senior Consultant post for at least 1 year or a Consultant Physician post for a period of at least 6 years.

The Senior Consultant is the most senior physician within their specialty (after the Department Chair / Section Head), responsible for leading a team of consultants and junior doctors. They oversee patient care, ensure clinical excellence, and are accountable for all medical decisions under their supervision. In addition to providing expert-level care, the Senior Consultant contributes to strategic planning, research, teaching, and service development—working closely with leadership on staffing, training, budgeting, and quality improvement. They serve as a role model in clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
