Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in presales, proposal development, or technical sales.
Experience working with government sector RFPs is highly desirable.
Proficiency in technical writing (Arabic and English is a plus).
Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and enterprise IT solutions.

Technical Knowledge

IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data analytics.

Application development and cybersecurity concepts.

Familiarity with Microsoft, Oracle, or similar ecosystems.
