Overview

Supervisor job vacancy in Doha Qatar

HR Specialist Job Posting :

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 QAR per month.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to source qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team
  • Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and other documentation related to recruitment
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiters and other vendors
  • Source potential candidates through various methods such as job postings, referrals, networking sites etc.
  • Conduct background checks on potential employees prior to onboarding
  • Manage onboarding process including employee orientations and training
  • Track employee performance and attendance records
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in human resources management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
