About the role

We’re looking for  Junior B2B Sales & Marketing professional  with a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, particularly within the food service sector, to drive partnerships and onboard new clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with restaurants and cafes, maintaining strong industry relationships, and a deep understanding of food service operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Bring a wealth of experience working directly with restaurants and cafes, understanding their unique needs and challenges
  • Leverage your established network to maintain strong, long-term relationships within the restaurant and café industry
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the inner workings of the food service sector and how to drive success
  • Craft and execute strategic plans to onboard top-tier restaurants and cafes, driving growth and expansion
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with key players in the food industry
  • Fuel growth with cutting-edge marketing campaigns that elevate the brand presence and impact
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a dynamic sales team, setting the stage for success and high performance

About You :

  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Proven experience in dealing with the food service or hospitality industry
  • Ability to develop and execute tailored sales strategies for growth
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the food service sector and its unique needs
  • Experience in driving impactful marketing campaigns that boost brand presence
  • Leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and motivating high-performing teams
  • Focused on delivering solutions that align with client needs and drive satisfaction.
  • Expert in contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Familiar with CRM software and digital marketing tools to drive business success
  • Able to adapt quickly and offer creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
