Junior IT

We are hiring a Junior IT for one of our clients in Doha.

Candidates who have the required qualifications and good experience may apply.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
• IT support for workstation setup software installation provision of network access and connectivity
• Configure user accounts permissions access rights and storage allocation
• Configure computers with operating system and required application software
• Technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems related to server and storage devices
• Troubleshoot network desktops laptops and server problems
• Provide Help Desk assistance to end users
• Monitor software hardware security and connectivity issues of the team
• Should have knowledge of Windows servers computer systems printer and server based systems
• Able to operate and provide end user support for Microsoft Outlook Excel etc.
• Residing in Qatar with valid QID.
