Purpose : The purpose of this role is to supervise the day to day Hair & Beauty Salon activities, manage staff and clients to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and run the frontdesk.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Salon Policies, and Procedures are followed, and Company Core Values
- Manage staff day to day Issues
- Manage Salon day to day activities
- Ensure Customer Service is provided by Frontdesk, Hair Staff, and Beauty Staff
- Ensure Quality Services are provided by Frontdesk, Hair Staff, and Beauty Staff
- Manage client complaints
- Perform Salon Audit daily and make sure salon cleanliness, presentation and maintenance are up to 5-star standards.
Requirements
Great Customer Service BackgroundExperience in any of the following service industries : Hotels, F&B, beauty industry, other hospitality, or service industry.Basic management or supervisory experience.Leadership & Management Skills : Ability to lead and manage the existing salon staff to follow company policies, operational procedures, and lead them to achieve sales goals and great customer satisfaction.Administrative skillsAbility to deal with client complaintsConfidenceAbility to ready to reports on spreadsheets, such as sales, and client satisfactionAccountable & ResponsibleComputer skillsBenefits
