Job Description :

Lingawi Trading, a leading provider of marine equipment solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Electronics Installation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of radar equipment and GPS systems in marine environments.

Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and calibrate marine radar systems and GPS equipment.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess installation requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project specifications and requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on radar and GPS systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in marine electronics technology.
Document installation processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Marine Electronics Installation Technician or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of radar systems, GPS technology, and marine electronics.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Relevant certifications and training in marine electronics.
