As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. Additionally, you will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, training and motivating them to deliver exceptional service.

• Developing and implementing housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Managing a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring inventory and ordering necessary supplies.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
