The incumbent will work closely with the respective stakeholders in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital products.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for iterative design improvements.

Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

Design and maintain a consistent visual language, including style guides, iconography, and typography, to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI / UX design.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion the importance of user experience.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

Experience :

Proven experience as a UI / UX designer, with a strong portfolio highlighting your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Solid understanding of user interface design principles, interaction design, and usability testing methodologies.

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Industry : Candidate

MUST

have experience working in a banking industry or have had experience working on banking projects.
