Full-Time Job Description : Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), the leading Islamic financial institution in Qatar, is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager (BM) to lead the operations, sales, and customer service activities of one of its key branches in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions, managing staff, and ensuring the branch meets business and compliance goals. Job Responsibilities :

Lead and manage branch staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Oversee daily banking operations including cash handling, client transactions, and compliance with Shariah banking guidelines Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate customers Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare management reports Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and internal audit requirements Mentor, train, and evaluate branch staff to foster a high-performance culture Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely service delivery Education & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum 5–7 years of banking experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and Qatari banking regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage Salary & Benefits :
