Job Summary
The Creative Director will improve the overall quality of group communication content and increase organization engagement across all communications platforms. Develop strategy in identifying best practices and develop new systems / process / tools for complex integrated client projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead multiple and concurrent projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time, on or under budget and free of error.
- Ensure processes are in place so that great work is produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee design team and provide art direction on all design projects, both print and digital.
- Elaborate and implement a comprehensive organizational communication strategy, with strong focus on innovative ideas to refine social media outreach, grow followers, increase engagement, and optimize user experience.
- Ensure compliance with rules on consent forms, parental permissions, special permissions for the young or vulnerable, copyright protection, and defamation laws.
- Develop team ideas and solutions from concept through design implementation into print deliverables and online graphics, collaborating with relevant team members.
- Deliver in accordance with brand guidelines and agreed processes, timelines, and budget to achieve all objectives and targets.
- Develop, implement, and manage project scoping, planning / scheduling of internal and external resources, estimating, and building project timelines.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Supervise, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the creative team to ensure overall efficiency of daily operations.
- Keep abreast of emerging design trends and technologies and share learnings with the team.
- Cultivate productive relationships with department, account teams, and staff.
Job Knowledge & Skills
Expertise in visual arts, graphic design, and multimedia production to lead and guide creative teams in developing innovative and impactful visual content.Strong leadership and management skills to inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and drive excellence within the creative department.Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities to translate marketing objectives into creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative ideas, pitch concepts to clients, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.Proficiency in industry‑standard design software and tools to oversee execution of design projects and ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, are required for this role.Job Experience
Minimum 8 years of working experience, 5 years of relevant working experience, 2 years in GCC is a plus.
