• Education & Experience :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years experience in QA / QC engineering roles within construction, infrastructure, or multidisciplinary design projects.
• At least 5–7 years in the GCC region, preferably in a client-side or PMC / PMCM role.
• Proven experience in the QA / QC oversight of large-scale, mixed-use or infrastructure-led master planning and development projects
• Skills & Expertise :
• In-depth understanding of QA / QC principles, ISO 9001 : 2015 standards, and project-specific quality planning.
• Strong capability in reviewing design deliverables and construction methodologies for compliance with codes and specifications.
• Experience with quality auditing tools, non-conformance handling, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with international and regional design and construction codes (e.g., BS,ASTM, QCS).
• Proficient in documentation and control systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, QA / QC logs).
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional quality teams and maintain a collaborative approach under tight review timelines.
