Hiring a full‑time assistant to support the daily operations of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and ready to take on various tasks that keep the business running smoothly, from customer service to backend coordination.
Core Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers : taking orders, processing payments, responding to messages, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Manage and update our Shopify store, keeping orders accurate and up to date.
- Record all incoming orders and coordinate them with the workshop for production.
- Communicate directly with tailors : manage schedules, track timelines, and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Schedule the employer’s calendar : meetings, appointments, and studio‑related tasks.
- Seek out industry connections and opportunities for pop‑ups, exhibitions, and events.
- Coordinate delivery logistics : ensure the delivery person is aligned with customers and delivery timelines.
- Oversee the flow of studio operations, ensuring everything is on track and delivered without delay.
- Assist with sourcing materials or handling day‑to‑day errands as needed.
Required Skills & Qualities :
Strong communication and organizational skills.Confident with basic tech : Google Sheets and Shopify (training can be provided).Comfortable with customer interaction and follow‑up.Reliable, proactive, and detail‑oriented.Ability to manage time well and juggle multiple responsibilities.Preferred :
Female candidates are preferred for practical reasons within the team and work environment.Prior experience in fashion retail or abaya / modest wear is a bonus.Arabic speaking is a plus.Employment Type : Full Time
