Hotel Maintenance Engineer (Pakistani Nationals) Our 5-star luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Pakistani national, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities and equipment. Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards Perform preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment and systems, and ensure any necessary repairs are carried out promptly Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or installations Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and the status of equipment Train and supervise junior maintenance staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and adhering to safety guidelines Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution of any issues Requirements

Must be a Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills (Arabic language skills would be an advantage) Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals for equipment repairs Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed Benefits
