Engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and secure sponsor support. Oversee project planning, risk management, budgeting, and quality control. Deliver training, communication plans, and monitor KPIs to measure adoption. Requirements
57 years in change management with PMO experience. 35 years implementing change frameworks (Prosci ADKAR). Proven track record leading IT-driven change in retail, FMCG, or consulting. PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong stakeholder engagement, strategy, and project leadership skills
