Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Aruba Certified Expert - Network Security (ACX - NS) to join our dynamic IT Services team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in network security, particularly with Aruba technologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructures, protecting sensitive data, and implementing robust security protocols. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage secure network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential security risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security architectures using Aruba technologies to safeguard organizational assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into network designs and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff on best practices for network security.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to proactively address potential risks.
• Manage and configure security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Prepare detailed documentation of security incidents, assessments, and configurations for audit purposes.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to network security.
