Commissioning Lead

Overview

We are seeking a Commissioning Lead to manage telecom and industrial control system cybersecurity commissioning activities for a large-scale offshore project. The role involves overseeing execution plans, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with international cybersecurity standards. Responsibilities

Lead commissioning of telecom packages and ICSS cybersecurity systems. Monitor vendor activities including SAT, punch list clearance, and OTP. Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and internal cybersecurity frameworks. Oversee network firewalls, L2 / L3 / L3.5 network implementation and troubleshooting. Review and approve commissioning deliverables and execution plans. Support offshore commissioning and start-up testing as required. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience with telecom systems (RADIO, PAGA, CCTV, LAN / WAN). Familiarity with FO cable testing (OTDR, power meter). Strong knowledge of ICS networks, cybersecurity, and IEC 62443. Seniority level
