TA PLANNING MANAGER (QATAR ENERGY PROJECT)

We are seeking a highly experienced TA Planning Manager for a prestigious Turnaround (TA) project with Qatar Energy .

• ???? Qualifications :
• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience
• At least 10 years of TA Planning in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Plants
• Proficient in Primavera (P6) and Power BI
• SAP PM module experience is a must
• Fully fluent in English
• ???? Responsibilities :
• Full planning & scheduling of Turnaround with Qatar Energy
• Monitor TA progress & update schedules
• Submit daily status reports before 06 : 30 AM to Qatar Energy
• Consolidate measurement & variation sheets
• Ensure approval of variation / additional job forms
• Submit reports on manpower histogram, NCRs, inspection checklists, etc.
• Coordinate effectively with all stakeholders – Qatar Energy, contractors & subcontractors
• Proactively identify & communicate schedule lags with recovery plans
• Act as first point of contact for all TA planning activities
• Compile & submit the final contractor close-out report with Planned vs Actual schedule
• Ensure all post-TA documentation is submitted per Qatar Energy guidelines
