Land surveyor

Land Surveyor Vacancy in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys to determine land boundaries and collect data for construction projects. You should have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as experience using surveying equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field surveys to determine land boundaries and topographical features

Utilize surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to collect accurate data

Analyze collected data and create maps, charts, and plots using surveying software

Prepare detailed reports on survey findings for clients and project managers

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on land

Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documentation

Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working in the field

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor

Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment

Proficient in the use of surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working on construction projects in the Middle East region

Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to land surveying in Ar-Ruwais

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

We offer a competitive salary package of $1,400 per month along with accommodation. We also provide sponsorship for qualified candidates who require a visa.
