Overview

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha, Qatar for a

Maintenance Method Data Analyst . Responsibilities

Live and encourage an Incident Free environment and mindset. Promote incident free values within the team and beyond. Provide support to the execution team (BaseOps, CPN / SD & FM) in backlog management. Update and develop Maintenance Processes. Suggest organizational changes (BaseOps, campaigns, shutdowns) or master data changes (periodicity, preventive task content) to improve Maintenance backlog. Follow up with execution teams on BaseOps Opportunities, Outages and ensure priorities are addressed. Review planning achievement against plan and efficiency against available manpower and propose improvements. Analyze KPIs issued from the Maintenance Management System. Regularly review and provide input into Preventative Maintenance Strategies to improve quality and optimize delivery. Ensure that the Maintenance and Inspection team have full visibility of all available workload and execution achieved. Ensure that weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings regarding KPIs are updated and analyzed as required. Support SECE dashboard follow-up and reporting. Profile

Ideally, you will have graduated with a minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent). Relevant Work Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants. You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication. You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working at SPIE
