About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Create, write, and publish social media content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML).
• Effectively respond to all users’ queries and complaints under the supervision of the Social Media Lead and the Client’s Social Media Team.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Monitor and report on social media statistics to assess user interaction.
• Follow required reporting and KPIs set by the Client.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Client.
