Animation Designer

Overview

Animation Designer vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar. Animation Designer. As an Animation Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing animations for various platforms. Your main duties will include creating storyboards, designing characters and backgrounds, and animating scenes using specialized software. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure that the animations align with the overall vision of the project.

Responsibilities

Create storyboards based on scripts or ideas provided by the creative team

Develop characters and backgrounds that are consistent with the overall style and tone of the project

Use specialized software to animate scenes, incorporating movements, expressions, and actions

Collaborate with other animators and designers to ensure a cohesive visual style across all animations

Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from clients or supervisors

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to constantly improve your skills

Attend meetings and presentations to discuss progress and ideas for new projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in animation, graphic design or related field

At least 2 years of experience as an animation designer or similar role

Proficient in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony or Maya

Strong understanding of storytelling, character design, layout, and color theory

Portfolio showcasing previous animation work is required

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on animated series or feature films is a plus

Knowledge of 3D animation techniques is a bonus

Salary : $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location : Ar-Ruwais, Qatar (open to other nationalities)
