Perform tube fitting, bending, routing, and installation of stainless-steel instrument tubing systems.

Prepare material, measure accurately, and ensure correct alignment and clamping of tubing.

Carry out swaging, threading, and tightening procedures as per project specifications.

Read and work from P&ID, isometrics, and hookup drawings to complete installations.

Conduct leak checks, pressure tests, and ensure joints comply with quality standards.

Coordinate with instrument technicians and supervisors to complete tasks safely and on schedule.

Maintain tools, equipment, and follow all site safety and permit-to-work procedures.

Desired Skills & Experience

Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Instrumentation field.

3–5 years of experience in instrument tubing work for oil & gas or industrial facilities.

Strong knowledge of tube fitting, bending, routing, clamping, and installation of SS tubing systems.

Ability to read and interpret P&ID, isometric drawings, and instrumentation layouts.

Skilled in using tube benders, swaging tools, cutters, and precision measurement instruments.

Familiar with safety procedures, job hazard analysis, and safe installation practices.
