Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients with surgical needs, determining the necessity for surgical intervention
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures such as appendectomies, hernia repairs, cholecystectomies, and more
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, postoperative care, and recovery expectations
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on advancements in surgical techniques and best practices
