Role Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the organization’s fleet customer segment. The role will leverage expertise in fleet management and GPS technology to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with fleet customers, and achieve sales targets.
This position involves working in the fleet management industry, focusing on selling fleet management solutions and services to potential clients such as transportation companies, car rentals, logistics providers, and other fleet-operating businesses. Success depends on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding industry trends, and staying aware of competitor activities. Performance will be measured by sales targets, contribution to business growth, and establishing the company as a trusted fleet management solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand the customer base within the fleet industry.
- Use knowledge of fleet management and GPS tech to effectively promote telematics solutions.
- Identify and prospect potential fleet clients, analyze their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Support sales strategies targeting telematics opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with favorable terms.
- Establish new accounts and service existing ones.
- Prepare and deliver product and service presentations.
- Provide post-sales support, ensure customer satisfaction, and explore upselling opportunities.
Market Awareness and Relationship Building
Communicate the company's value proposition effectively.Represent the company professionally and engage with industry networks.Position the company as a trusted advisor and industry expert.Customer Satisfaction
Manage client accounts effectively.Develop customer retention strategies.Maintain a minimum retention rate of 75%.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide technical information and training to clients.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.Knowledge of the regional market and regulations.Valid Qatar driver’s license.Fluency in Arabic and English.Proven success in sales within the telematics industry, especially GPS and fleet sales.Deep understanding of fleet management practices.Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.Negotiation and presentation expertise.Results-oriented with a proactive approach.Familiarity with CRM systems.Willingness to travel as needed.Job Details
