A Data Management Lead role is a cornerstone to the success of the data management team; he is the person with the most seniority in the team and he works closely with all team members. He helps the team to understand and execute their job effectively. He builds the team, mentors and guides them to the successful delivery of the assigned tasks. Responsibilities

Leadthetechnicaldesignanddeliveryofenterprise-gradedataintegrationandDWHsolutions. Serveasthe solutionarchitect ondataplatforminitiatives,ensuringscalableandmaintainablearchitectureusingMicrosofttechnologies. Drivethe datamodelingprocess forbothtransactionalandanalyticalsystems,includingstar / snowflakeschemas,normalization,andperformanceoptimization. Collaboratewithbusinessanalysts,datascientists,andstakeholderstounderstanddatarequirementsandtranslatethemintorobusttechnicalsolutions. OverseeandmentorateamofdevelopersanddataengineersthroughouttheSDLC. Conduct codereviews ,enforcedatagovernancepolicies,andensurebestpracticesarefollowed. Presenttechnicalsolutions andprojectupdatestoexecutivestakeholders,communicatingclearlyacrosstechnicalandnon-technicalaudiences. Staycurrentwithadvancementsinclouddataplatformsandrecommendcontinuousimprovementopportunities. Requirements

BachelorsorMastersdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,orarelatedfield. 6+yearsofexperienceindataintegrationanddatamanagementroles. Expertisein datawarehousedesign anddimensionalmodeling. StrongunderstandingofETL / ELTframeworks,datapipelines,anddataqualityprinciples. Solidunderstandingof solutionarchitecture incloudandhybridenvironments. Excellent presentationandcommunicationskills abletodeliverimpactfulpresentationsandclearlyarticulatecomplexconcepts.
