Assist in ensuring that the products to be used to make food are prepared accurately and timely.
Responsible for producing food according to the standard recipes developed for all foods in order to standardize the portions, taste and quality.
Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and / or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.
Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback.
Should have culinary education background.
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure with grace and professionalism.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
