We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard / Swimming & Lifeguard to join our team in Doha. This dual role you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility and its patrons with a particular focus on aquatic areas.
- Monitor and patrol the facility including pool areas to maintain a safe environment
- Perform lifeguarding duties including surveillance of swimming areas and rescue operations when necessary
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order
- Respond promptly to emergencies providing first aid and CPR as needed
- Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and surrounding areas
- Assist in the implementation of emergency action plans
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents and rescue operations
- Interact professionally with guests addressing their concerns and providing information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive facility security
- Adapt to various weather conditions including working in a hot climate
