They work with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners, to ensure that BIM is used effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities : Developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows : The BIM Manager is responsible for ensuring that all team members are using the same BIM standards and workflows. This helps to ensure that the project information model is accurate and consistent, and that it can be easily shared and used by all stakeholdersManaging the BIM project team : The BIM Manager is responsible for managing the BIM project team, which may include BIM Specialists, BIM Coordinators, and other technical staff. This includes assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring that the team meets deadlinesProviding BIM support to clients and consultants : The BIM Manager is responsible for providing BIM support to clients and consultants.
