Job Summary Responsible to design technical solution design and develop intelligent process automation solutions Where a robotic process automation RPA solution is limited to structured input data files and rulesbased processes the Intelligent Process Automation solutions are more complex allowing for semistructure and unstructured input files as well as being able to make basic decisions These solutions might also require changes to existing infrastructure or new infrastructure Intelligent Process Automation solutions typically consist of any combination of different tools and technologies i e RPA Intelligent Document Processing ML NLP OCR Python scripting and algorithms SQL scripts APIs etc Key Accountabilities Work with the Bot Controller and Business to Design optimal process automation solutions using different automation technologies the RPA Developer will be more involved in solution design based on the complexity of the solution especially when tech like IQBot OCR ML NLP are involved Develop test and deploy automated solutions that meets the Business requirements Ongoing support and maintenance of the automated solutions within production assist the Bot Controller with the more complicated errors exceptions EUCT macro development and maintenance Peer review Solution Designs to provide input into any potential shortcomings within the solution design Peer review RPA solutions build by other RPA developers to provide input to how the solutions can be improved or identify code not adhering to the RPA development standards R D new process automation technologies and work with the team to institutionalize new process automation services Ongoing evolving of the RPA Framework Bot Development Lifecycle templates governance and standards
