Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Brand Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Café Managers.

Drive operations implementation by seeking opportunities and initiatives that ensure store profit levels and outstanding customer experience.

Operate primarily in the field, visiting geographically spread outlets and restaurants and the Head Office when required.

Adapt constantly to new unpredictable situations affecting outlet operations.

Handle the complex regulatory environment (Baladiya and other relevant governmental bodies) and dynamic socio-cultural and political environment.

Deal with unpredictable legal and financial constraints, acting as the main contact for customers, suppliers and various regulatory authorities.

Implement the most adequate resolution to any operational issue through strategy and critical decisions.

Optimize manpower resources through adequate deployment.

Provide valuable financial inputs but do not make financial decisions such as raising CAPEX / OPEX without GM approval.
